When you purchase our Upgrade Assurance offering for development that Nevas Technologies completes, we aim to take the worry out of customizations in Business Central without charging you any additional cost. Nevas Technologies will always upgrade your apps to function with the most recent version of Dynamics 365 Business Central. The deal only applies to Nevas Technologies development activities and excludes work done by your team or other partners.

Nevas Technologies may make development on top of a third-party Independent Software Vendor (ISV) product; if the ISV product undergoes modifications that disrupt the customizations Nevas Technologies developed, this offer will not be valid.

If Microsoft makes a change to their application that makes Nevas Technologies customizations incompatible, Nevas Technologies will update the adjustments as soon as possible after being notified of the issue. This, however, necessitates that Nevas Technologies be configured for notifications. If Nevas Technologies is not set up for notifications, the customer must email Nevas Technologies to report the problem. This agreement solely applies to updates made by Microsoft to the Business Central program itself.
